Paola C. Samaniego leads Breakthrough Education with unwavering purpose and a bold vision: that every child—no matter their background—deserves an excellent education and a village of adults who refuse to let them fall through the cracks.
A deeply committed leader and advocate for equity, Paola’s work is grounded in a belief in what’s possible when we put children first. She’s helped reshape schools and systems across the South, always centering the voices of students, families, and educators.
